1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hr777 platform — including the website, mobile experience, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online casino gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to any court order, regulatory order, or other restriction preventing participation in online gaming.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual, and you must be registering and playing for your own personal, recreational use only.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hr777 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) hr777 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hr777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify hr777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• hr777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from hr777 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• hr777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, subject to applicable law.

5 Deposits & Payments

hr777 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the hr777 platform:

• All payment methods used to fund your hr777 account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

hr777 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the hr777 account holder.
• Before processing any withdrawal, hr777 may require you to complete identity and payment verification procedures. You must cooperate fully with any such request.
• hr777 targets JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal processing within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking partner timelines.

• hr777 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, rule violations, or pending verification requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hr777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all hr777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other users, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hr777 platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension and potential permanent closure, with all associated balances subject to forfeiture:

• Registering or operating more than one hr777 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other users.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

hr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• hr777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder has failed to complete identity or payment verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• hr777 determines that continuing to operate the account would expose hr777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The account holder requests account closure pursuant to a self-exclusion request under hr777's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, hr777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found and closure was initiated without cause, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hr777's total aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by the account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hr777 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party system failures beyond hr777's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits hr777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hr777 will take reasonable steps to notify account holders, which may include posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered contact address.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the hr777 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by hr777's gaming oversight authority.

In the event of a dispute between an account holder and hr777, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The account holder must first submit a formal written complaint to hr777 support at [email protected]. hr777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the complaint remains unresolved after 14 business days, the account holder may escalate the matter to hr777's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as notified by hr777 at the time of escalation.
• Step 3 — ADR Process: The ADR body's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any rights of appeal available under applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause prevents hr777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
